Looking for a female roommate to join our cozy maisonette WG in the heart of Stuttgart ✨ You’ll get the biggest room in the flat (approx. 25m²), fully furnished, with an amazing view of the Stuttgart TV Tower 🌇 No deposit is required, only a one-time €750 furniture takeover fee for the furniture in the room. 📍 Heusteigviertel: Rewe, Lidl & Tegut within 5–10 min, Österreichischer Platz 4–5 min away, and Wilhelmsplatz, Gerber & the city center all within easy walking distance. You’ll be living with Jasmin (22), Abed (33) and Florian (23). Jasmin studies art & political science and loves sports, seeing friends and spending time with her family. Abed recently finished his Master’s in Business Informatics and is always down for sports or a drink in town. Florian is from Switzerland, works at a 3D animation studio and enjoys sports, reading and going to the cinema. The WG vibe is social but super relaxed: we enjoy kitchen chats, going for drinks or doing something together, but everyone also has their own life and enjoys some me-time. So definitely not a party WG, but also not a Zweck-WG where nobody talks to each other 🥂 The rent includes internet + all utilities.
