Hello!! As my good freind/mitbewohnerin is leaving Berlin, a room has become available in our 2er WG in Friedrichshain from now on⭐️ The apartment is in a really nice and convenient part of Friedrichshain in Samariterkiez. There are lots of Spätis, bars, restaurants and cafés nearby, but the street itself is relatively quiet. The S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee is just at the end of the street, about a 3-minute walk away, and the U5 at Samariterstraße is also just around the corner. The area is super cozy and especially green in the summer, and has lots of parks. Also the famous Boxhagener Platz fleamarket is only a 10 minute walk away, so Sundays we often go there also. For groceries and everyday things, there’s an Edeka, dm and Bio Company about 2 minutes away, and a Lidl within around 5 minutes. There’s also a REWE and Kaufland just one S-Bahn stop away, so everything you need is really close by. A little about me: I’m 23, originally from Boston, USA but I have lived in Germany for over 5 years now, and do also speak German. In my free time, I like playing volleyball and going to workout classes, traveling and exploring more of Berlin with my friends. I also work in a Cafe. For the WG, I’m looking for someone who is reliable, clean and respectful, but also friendly and easygoing. I’d love to have a nice and relaxed atmosphere at home, where we can also do things together while of course also having our own lives and space. The room is unfurnished, around 12 m2, and costs 590 with everything included. The Kaution is 1,300 €. The room is unbefristet and with Anmeldung. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an elevator, a balcony and a washing machine. The total apartment is around 61 m2. If you feel like this could be a good fit, send me a message with a little bit about yourself, and we can arrange a viewing, as soon as possible :) Looking forward to hearing from you ☺️
