🌞 Cozy WG Room Available (Unlimited Rental) A room in our lovely shared apartment will be available from the middle of July with an unlimited rental contract. You’ll be sharing the apartment with Nina (28). The flatshare has a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere, with a good balance between spending time together and respecting each other’s privacy. We are looking for someone who would like to rent the flat on a long-term basis. There is also a furniture buyout (“Ablöse”) of €1100. If you’re interested, feel free to send a short introduction about yourself! ☺️
