Hi! I’m offering a great opportunity in Penha de França: a full apartment that stays unused most of the year. I travel constantly, so you would have access to the entire place with complete privacy. When I’m in Lisbon, I only use one room for short stays, but most of the time the apartment is fully yours. I’m offering it for one year, and the price is €700/month — essentially the comfort of a whole apartment for the price of a room in this area. If this sounds like a good fit, let me know and we can arrange a visit. This T2+1 offers a great location on a quiet street yet very close to supermarkets and miradouros and graça. PS: one month advance payment is required in addition to 2 months security deposit.
